"We ordered a Cuttlefish starter (very nice), Spaghetti Bolognese for our year old (good), Piza for my wife (good) and Steak for myself. It was fairly busy, but not packed. All our food (apart from the steak) arrived pretty much at once and minutes, which wasn't a problem, but after at least another minute wait for my Steak (other customers who arrived after us had finished now their main courses and ordering deserts), I asked her were it was and her attitiude seemed to change. She said it was coming, but after waiting another minutes we had to give up waiting. I asked her to leave it and get the bill please. This went down like a lead balloon and she stormed off to get the bill in anger."
