"Truly one of the best meals I've ever had. Fiance and I started out with Bruschetta and Garlic Bread, both were delicious! We also got some fresh baked foccacia with an amazing sauce that was this wonderfully emulsified pesto. The Carbonara was out of this world and my fiance loved his spaghetti. We then ordered the tiramisu which was amazing. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, just like the food. Seems to me whoever put this menu together truly cares about what they do and wants to share it with people. The overall experience was outstanding. We were due for a date night and made some great memories here. Thank you!"

"Okay, I'm more impressed by our server, julia than anything else. don't get me wrong, eating was great, and the Italian donuts for the desert with skyberry syrup. Anyway, we were a party of 4 and it seems like any other place, olive garden hasn't enough staff so the server were a bit overwhelmed and too many tables. but julia was a sunbeam. she was very pleasant and professional when she visited us. At some point we actually tried to ask for something, not because she didn't want to help, but we could see that she was overwhelmed and that she did the best with a smile and we just wanted to give her a break. she was so nice and could still come back to our table to check us out. without seeing how she walked around on many tables, they would think we were the only table she served. thanks julia that they make our time in olive garden pleasant, they are the best!"

"Can't go wrong with Ditto's. It is a perfect place if you're not sure what you are in the mood for. They have burgers and other sandwiches, salads, pastas, tacos, wings, seafood, you name it. Perfect if your significant other can never choose what they want to eat when you ask them. The food is amazing here. Everything has always been cooked to perfection every time I come, and the service has always been top notch. Adam was our server and he was outstanding from start to finish. I like that there is parking on the side of the building and also there is a small lot behind it as well. Nothing major maybe about 10-15 spots but I'd say that's pretty good for a Louisville restaurant on Bardstown Road. Definitely a restaurant I keep coming back to when I'm in the Ville."

"First time here. Came for lunch. Excellent food and excellent prices. One tea and two of the specials: Ziti and Combo Calzone... $16.40! The calzone was HUGE and tasty. The ziti could use some more zing to it, but red pepper flakes helped. Service was fine. Staff was amiable. Highly recommended. The only thing to make it better... if they served beer and wine. They said it was coming.Well… Beer and wine came (even when your food may not). The service at Milano, sadly, is mostly terrible. I’ve been in and just never gotten my food when the rest of the table did. I had to cancel my order. I’ve been in when it has taken 2 hours to get food. The servers generally not very pleasant, don’t engage at all, never offer suggestions, and don’t (or pretend not to) understand anything you say. They really don’t care if you’re there or not, it seems. They’ll refill your unsweetened with sweet tea over and over again. The food is still very good and reasonably priced (why we keep going back). Portions are large.My five star initial review from when they first opened has dropped to a three due to customer care. May even should be a two for that."
