"We had a brand new waiter who had be trained at our table on how to open a bottle of wine. Then the trainer spilled wine on my menu. We ordered 3 apps for the table and all came out cold after waiting over 30 minutes to get them. There were also open tables in the restaurant at the time. Then our entrees came our before the apps were redone. One of our party waited 20 minutes for a draft beer. The mussels entree that came to our table was also cold. At this point we didn't send it back. The shrimp and grits was very soupy. When the checks came they were wrong and one of the apps we never got was still on the bill."
