"I have been to many Mexican Restaurants all over California. And this is the first that charges you for Chips and Salsa . Every other Mexican Restaurant gives them complementary, not Pedro's it's $6:00 . Not sure if they are trying to make up revenue with all the other new places opening up on Santa Cruz Ave. But for $6:00 I can stop at Safeway and get 2 bags of chips and a large jar of Salsa. The food was warm not hot. Next time I am skipping Pedro's and going up the street to one of the newer places."

"I’ve been to this place literally hundreds of times. You’re not getting craft cocktails here or gourmet food. But the drinks are the best value around as is the food. The bartenders and servers are awesome. If you don’t have kids with you go into the bar and get some of the local flavor. If kids are with you sit in the main restaurant and they will love it. They open at 8 AM every day in the bar for cocktails and a dirt cheap breakfast. If you are sensitive, picky or have high standards don’t come here. If you’re a normal person who appreciates a good pour and decent food you’ll love this place. I’ve lived in West Seattle for close to 20 years and I’ve been everywhere many times. This is the place I go to multiple times per day."

"Casual, savory and variety. This place was great for 'diner ' style brunch. They have a great menu with a variety of vegetarian options. The Eggs Benedict were nicely poached with a creamy and slightly spicy hollandaise, plus the fruit was quite fresh! Unfortunately the coffee could have been better, otherwise it would have been perfect."
