"The person who said the word was not able to describe the ambiente was no sweat! there was a window unit, but it wasn't there when we were there. the doors were opened and the fans were at full speed. we went on Sunday at 2 o'clock and the place was full. We couldn't hear about the cracks of the tortilla machines in the back. we have the 4 tacos and a coke for $5 special. the tacos were very small, but delicious. the maistortillas here are really great. I had an Asada platillo with tears and borons. it was good. the sauces, rojo and verde are both good. they have a small menu. I liked this place and would like to come back to try the champurra. our whole meal was $12.05 not bad!"

"Very Good. Ate here for lunch on a Tuesday in December.<br>

I ordered the Chicken Wet Burrito and a couple of Spicy Pork Tacos to go with it. The wet burrito was good, but a little heavy on the rice. The Spicy Pork on the tacos was excellent. My meal was very tasty and enjoyable.<br>

A friend ordered the Super Nachos and thought they were great.<br>

As for how authentic it is - Who cares? Seriously. All you should concern yourself with is whether or not the food tastes good. Quit obsessing over authenticity like a bunch of food snobs. Mexicans cannot even agree over what is authentic Mexican cuisine and, like the US, their cuisine varies widely by region, so what makes a bunch of Oklahomans think that they know what is authentic Mexican food?<br>

Soda is by the bottle. They really need to get a fountain machine.<br>

Really wish they provided complimentary chips and salsa, but they do not.<br>

Service was fast and very friendly. Employees don't have the best English speaking skills, but that doesn't really bother me when I'm eating ethnic cuisine. I had no problem placing my order and communicating my needs.<br>

Restaurant is a bit of a dive, but was clean and well-maintained.<br>

Not the easiest place to find, but the fact that it's so popular and well-reviewed despite it's location speaks well of the place."

"This place has, hands down, the best burrito I've ever eaten. I very much suggest to get it with carnitas (slowly roasted, pulled swarm). I have tried other local taco shops around the city and none of them measures up to los primos. prices are low, eating is great. the horchata is also good. when they are in north tulsa, check them out!"

"A lot of potential. one of the many holes in the wall that saw Mexican places on the east side of the city, the woman and I stopped at this place on recommendation of a friend. chips were really good (I love the thin flour chips) and always came fresh...salsa was ok, acceptable was a better word really. the menu had a good choice without being overloaded and having some good Mexican classics. I ordered the carnitas (marinaded pork) and the woman had a queen that was quite large. my carnitas were not bad, but had not really sunk in the marinade, but was cooked to perfection (which also means that they don’t see too often cook with smaller restaurants pork) and still tasted quite well....read more"

"Came across this gem while in Tulsa for work. Upon arrival, we ordered the white cheese queso and guacamole. The guacamole was made fresh to order right in front of our table by a gentleman who was pushing a cart around with all of the ingredients to prepare it. The guacamole lacked salt but the experience and the ingredients were well put together. I ordered the enchiladas suizas which came with beans and rice. I am usually skeptical about trying a Mexican restaurants beans and rice just because the rice is usually overcooked and clumpy and the beans tend to be under seasoned. This place soared my expectations. Word of advice, make sure you specify the size of the margarita you wish to order, it took two people to finish one large drink. Very well worth it and plan to go back whenever I am in the area."
