"Ate here on holiday with my wife and two young boys. They had pizzas and I had smoked salmon pasta. The boys’ pizzas were great — big and tasty. Unfortunately my wife’s pizza was burnt all over on the bottom and I had a hair...in my pasta. I took the hair out and didn’t complain as I didn’t want to make a fuss. An unexpected second plate of pasta was brought to me after I finished the first as apparently there are two servings in one order, which was a surprise. After one forkful I found a _whole clump_ of dark hairs in it. We showed the waiter both the burnt pizza bottom and clump of hair which he acknowledged but were still presented with a full bill. My wife spoke to the waiter privately about it and he was very rude, telling her that “nobody has dark hair in the kitchen.” After a conversation with colleagues they eventually didn’t charge us for the pasta. A disappointing experience."
