"Party until well after 4 a.m., loud music over 70 decibels in the room. No mention of this at check-in. I wouldn't have checked in if I had known. The room was directly above the party location, so there was no chance of sleeping. Complaints at night didn't help. At checkout I complained again and then I was shouted at why I was telling him this, he couldn't do anything about it. But he was my contact at that moment... We left without breakfast and will not enter this hotel again. The shower wasn't really usable either, so only one star for the room. A pure disaster...if you only used it as a stopover and sleep was important..."
