"We booked dinner for 2 on a quiet evening in January. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and explained the details of food and specialties. We had the dinner menu that is very valuable. The food was excellent, really carefully prepared with fresh ingredients. We also tried the house wine that went perfectly to our meal. I recommend Le Papillon for classic French foods of high quality."

"A modern location at the top of the medieval center with magnificent view over the red bricks of albi and the cathedrale. we have managed between us both to choose all 6 items in the lunch menu. each was delicious, the lotte was deep. in the teig fired, but was soft and damp, the chocolate pudding was, as my wife said, one of the best. my pineapple graphics were also delicious. service was good and efficient and a good selection of local gletscher wines. we will return, a just over the middle of the band width prices, but it is worth it"

"Meal taken on 31/07. Super reception of the waiter who welcomed us by humour and kindness. Very present without being invasive. The dishes were hearty and very good (beef pot, vegetable wok, pizza, cold beef roast). Little doubt about the fact that fries are home but meat of good quality and cream burned tip top. I recommend the Pontier who reconciles me with the places restaurants that could unfortunately fall into the “super tourist catch”"
