"Holiday time – heavy time for short-seated food walking woolner. The best chances are that the restaurants with hotel operation, Plan B and Plan C had already dissolved in air during the pass. This is initially somewhat reproachable, tasteful but very good and sometimes something other than fresh cheese preparations. Followed by a greeting from the kitchen, a pepper tomato paste. Little, but fine! No, not Harry Potter brings my first gear, it's still the pretty young service. Although the presentation already reminds of the magic when the cover glass is lifted above the beef tartar and smoke swaths rise into the air and into the nose. Everything is located on a slate plate, left 3 very thin slices Carpaccio, perfectly seasoned, in the middle under the removed glass bell, the Tatar with a liquid wadding in the middle, consisting of finely cut bovine fillet, small cut shallots and spice cucumbers, also well tasted. Addition by several drops of two sauces on the right, which required me more less attention, and slices of the radish. It continued with the cucumber, which was not too cold. Also well tasted and visually beautiful to look at the crabs with fresh, pleasant taste and a beautiful addition. The main dish, according to the map an intermediate dish, lasted a little longer. 3 Sapphire mussels in perfect cooking condition, slightly glazed, were seasoned with black Hawai salt. They lay on a creamy Wakame Algae Risotto, which was perfectly crafted and also produced the desired degree of saturation. And six friends of Peter3, the cherry tomatoes, complete the presentation. I also liked the ordered wine so I liked it so that I like to finish at this point on 5 stars. The service: All courses were announced, the satisfaction was asked, the proper bill came quickly, the full program of a competent and friendly service, also here the full score, i.e. 5 stars. The ambience: The “Dr.Brosius”, this space is called, is bright, friendly and always festive. Not too old-fashioned, even if tiles are not always my case and I prefer to see bright wood on the floor. But it is (yet harmonious and for me therefore worth 5 stars, as well as cleanliness, all flashes and sparkles. At the PLV I leave it today with good 4 stars without rounding up. For me at any time a recommendation and at the next visit there is hopefully finally the 3 Sayn menu (if I don't want something else again);"
