"I already have been in Cuxhaven and mostly by portuguese restaurants. This time I checked over TripAdvisor for something different and... discovered Osteria la Fenice. The chef is from Veneto and was very kind, however I do not know who was in the kitchen but... the seabass baked in a foil was just excellent!!!For sure, I will be back again!"

"Very good kitchen! on the special menu above all you will find extraordinary dishes, drinks and desserts, which are very special and also excellently prepared with the best ingredients. the restaurant is known for this so that a reservation or at least one request is obligatory in advance. the service is very friendly, even if it sometimes becomes a bit hectic due to the large amount."

"We were in the Kuhlinaria for the second time today and again everything was good. The Schnitzel (Holstein and Mediterranean) were super tasty and the supplements (Kuhlinaria Pommes and Bratkartoffeln) grandios. The service was attentive and friendly! Very recommended!"

"Miramare in cuxhaven was very good. but il borgo was amazing so much so that we went for dinner and then lunch the next day. located at Schillerstraße 5, 27472 Cuxhaven. I put this because we walked in circles the first time and I want to remember if I ever go back to cuxhaven. My TA review should still be there. first trip dinner the minestrone soup uses a vegatable broth but has good flavor. I got the canneloni with ricotta and spinach. great portion that fills you up. they have a decent wine selection too with some italian classics. the server was both very friendly and helpful. on the second visit with local co workers, they said she is much better thatn the old server but she doesnt have all the little off menu specialties memorized yet. then he said, she is much cuter also. day 2 lunch the tomato soup though was alot better than the minestrone. alot of flavor and not just a can of campbells soup heated. i had the pizza roma for lunch. really good choice. No english menu but if you've eaten enough italian, they use the italian food names so you can get by. They take visa and mastercard as well as cash."
