"Den jeder Anfang ist schwierig und es gibt in Hietzing , in Richtung "Italiener" oder "Mediterran" gewichtige Konkurrenz. Unser Erstversuch brachte noch ein paar Schwachstellen ans Licht. Ein "Carpaccio di manzo classico" kam mit Unmengen Rucola dafür ohne Brot. Auf den Wunsch nach Weißbrot wurden Pizzastangen angeboten, aber wer mag sich schon den feinen Geschmack des Carpaccios mit Knoblauchstangen verderben. Schließlich gab es dann gebähtes, graues Weißbrot, nicht sehr passend - aber das Fleisch war gut! Der Fisch war hervorragend, qualitativ sehr gut, perfekt gegrillt und wunderbar gewürzt. Auch die "Pizza Portofino" war sehr gut und besonders erfreulich war der nicht zu üppige und nicht verbrannte Rand, den man unbesorgt zur Gänze mitessen kann. Wünschenswert wäre nur ein wenig mehr Parmaschinken auf der Pizza, wofür sie dann gerne ein, zwei Euro mehr kosten dürfte.Alles in Allem ist man aber auf einem guten Weg, wir wünschen den ambitionierten Betreibern auf jeden Fall alles Gute und würden ihnen ein wenig Werksspionage bei "Mario" (Lainzer Str. 2) oder "Francesco" (Linzer Straße 415) empfehlen."

"My wife and I made a reservation at this restaurant by email, to be sure that we would have something to eat after the opera performance the Magic Flute' from Mozart on Friday The staff was very friendly and helpful, that was no problem....The menu card was written in German language, which is strange, because we think this restaurant attracks many tourists. We noticed that the kitchen apparently couldn't handle the orders. Many people had to wait for their food quite some time. After our diner, which was nice and tasteful, we asked for the card so we could have a look for a dessert. In the meantime we saw several people leave the place in displeasure, and I saw the waiter (who we asked for the card) clearing tables and rearranging them, while we still had not received the card. it was fairly clear to us that the entire team of the restaurant couldn't cope with the stress at that moment. So we also left the place, like many other people, without having a dessert (because we were afraid we would have to wait for it too long). However, what bothered me the most afterwards was the settlement. The waiter allowed himself a tip of over on the bill. The bill says Trinkgeld on top of an amount of So I paid It is of course my own fault that I did not check the bill. But we were glad we could leave the place. As a waiter, you just have to dare to be so rude to add unasked such an amount, while you can also notice that everything goes wrong. Conclusion: I think this restaurant has the philosophy that it mainly attracts tourists, to whom they do not need any explanation, because they only pass once. With a site like Tripadvisor they will have to revise their vision, I fear."

"My wife and I stayed here on the way back from a 6km walk to Schonnenbraun. The waiter was incredibly attentive, polite, friendly and spoke good English. We ordered a few lattes, a beer, the Calamari and the quattro Formaggio pizza. The latte...was delicious, very hot and served with one side of soda with cherry cord! The beer wonderful. Our food was enormous in quantity and very hot and we relished every bite of our respective meals. We sat outside under the umbrellas, which provided great protection from the nozzle. Very recommended."

"Caorle is a takeaway as well as a restaurant. For our takeaway we ordered 3 schnitzel and 3 mixed salads. The results would have fed 6. The salads were huge and there were 2 good sized, well cooked, tender schnitzels in each box.Don't know what the salad dressing was, must have been a house special, but it was very good and didn't smother the salad.Caorle is a regular choice for my friends."
