"Enjoyed the vegetarian club sandwich and good choice of beers. Actually stayed in because the heat outside was exhausting, and we all enjoyed our simple but well-executed bar-food. Atmosphere is better near the bar and away from the same room where you eat breakfast each day."

"We were on the way to the train after we had seen the Bonsai Museum, and decided to look past a warm early juniday for lunch. there were no people there at all, but to our surprise went the cozy and friendly waiter and asked the cook if he would prepare us for dinner anyway. Yes, he would. we had caprese and carpaccio and a beer. the food was tasty dressed, sufficient portions and tasted very well. the friendly, dark-haired waiter from the south of Europe has served us excellently. all in all a very nice lunch experience! go there when they visit the Bonsai Museum in howlingen."

"I was in July at Piccolo Mondo with friends and we really appreciate the restaurant! The lady who owns the place with her son is very friendly, service is friendly and without stress. The food was simply amazing, delicious! Far beyond what other... restaurants do. From the appetizer to the dessert, we smudged the dishes. The atmosphere was quiet and the decor of two vaulted rooms is simple, but also pleasant. Prices are fair and really affordable for such quality. I recommend Piccolo Mondo and hope to come back when I return to Heidelberg."

"The iatlia has an excellent call and offers good Italian cuisine - but sometimes with a somewhat elevated claim. we were here on a Saturday night, and that was locally well visited, but not too full. the service was good and the food delicious.The "Great from the kitchen", even baked white bread filled with dried tomatoes and an unusually fluffy pizza bread (maybe the best I have ever eaten) is outstanding. also the appetizer (Hirschkeulen-Carpaccio) was a real dream. only the main food could not fully meet the expectations. both the fish and the pasta with white truffle sauce were delicious - but the black truffle over it disappointed. it lacked the typical earthy aroma - instead, the truffle had a biting taste. a pity - especially since our note about the beitaste (we read the service even try) unfortunately did not come to a reaction. Perhaps it would be better to focus on the outstanding characteristics of the good Italian cuisine (which the owner and chef absolutely dominated)! and to do without expensive snowflavor if this is not available in the appropriate quality. the apple mousse to dessert could then reconcile us with the kitchen. the italia is definitely worth a visit!"

"The best pizza Heidelbergs!! Very tasty, friendly staff, it is always a lot going on there, which speaks for the quality of the restaurant. The prices are higher than in other pizzas, but at Da Baggio it tastes very good. The ambience is beautiful, everything looks clean and tidy. Top!"
