"I had the chance to have dinner at the restaurant and I am absolutely delighted with my experience. The meat was simply delicious, I particularly appreciated the quality and tenderness of each bite. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very welcoming and warm, I felt immediately comfortable. Servers were also very pleasant and helpful, further strengthening the overall experience. I strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an excellent meal with attentive service. "My friend made a reservation for 6. After the 6 of us ordered and almost finished our meals, another friend joined. This could have been a bit more difficult to handle in a full restaurant, but the waiter found a solution without making much trouble....The food was very good, the risotto had a great taste, but it came out a bit mushy. The lasagnas were very good according to my friends, and the pizzas were huge (with very thin base). No complaints, whatsoever. Very good evening."

"Their are several expensive restaurants within a few blocks of each other, many listed in the Michelin guide. This place is not listed, is the least expensive, and perhaps the most interesting, billing itself as non-conventional, showing artistic creativity and originality in everything they do. The regular selection of dishes included seven or so each of starters, mains, and desserts, far more selection than the more expensive competitors across the street or around the corner. They also had daily specials, one starter, one meat, and a main. We had carpaccio of beef, foie gras, crab, duck, bar, and a hamburger, all beautifully presented and tasty. Our only complaint was the hamburger, the bun was dried out and insipid, the large pattie cooked as ordered but dry and difficult to enjoy without large amounts of ketchup and mustard (happily the latter being Dijon and not American). The artisanal frites accompanying the burger were fabulous. Desserts, cheesecake and a sort of muffin with molten chocolate inside, with ice cream, were as decadent as they were irresistible. There are bottles of wine. We had the house wine, from a cube, a grenache rose, affordable, crisp, and fruity. There were two guys serving last night, both spoke English, worked hard, were friendly and accomplished. When the restaurant filled up they were slightly over whelmed and at times we had to wait five minutes longer than ideal.The ancient oak beams of the building are attractive with the interior decoration, be sure to admire the red and green signs used indicate the status of the toilet, which you must visit."
