"My husband and I stopped at this cafe for some takeaway lunch when stopped at Forfar. The filled rolls were very fresh and huge! packed full of salad with ham and chicken. I commented it was the best rolls I have tasted, as well as being very reasonably priced. Approximately £8.00. We had tea and coffee takeaway. With both of us being lactose intolerant the lovely helpful lady behind the counter made sure we were catered for. Will pop in again if passing to try their coffee made with oat milk."

"Walked past a few times and decided one day to check it out I’m pleased we did…the food was absolutely faultless. The decor is nice, bright, and airy which really adds a sense of warmth to the atmosphere. It was quiet when we visited service was quick for both food and drinks. Menu is plentiful with something for everyone. I had the American style toastie, daughter had a sandwich from the children’s menu came with fruit and veg on the side…she loved it. Will visit again when next visiting family"

"Visited this quaint little eatery in Kirriemuir and was really impressed. Entrance is up a close and it leads into two-tiny rooms with a genuie homely atmosphere, emphasised by the fact that the whole , show was being run by a staff of one! The lady in charge welcomed us warmly, apologised for the lack of staff but still managed to achieve a friendly, efficient service as well as prepare an excellent lunch.A brunch panini was something special and a helping of the home-made chocolate cake washed down by an excellent pot of Early Grey tea cost a mere £13 for the two of us. Good value to say the least."

"Came out for the day. after some small toothing problems that were quickly and efficiently sorted out, we had a great day. the weather was nice, the cure was in great condition, the eating was fab and the staff was polite and friendly. would recommend it and will be back in any case next year. cheers young"
