"I grew up on Bob's big boys as a kid. So I was surprised at the poor quality of my food. I ordered a simple bacon cheeseburger, fries, and shake. My fries were cold, the burger was warm but flavorful and the shake machine was broken. I prepaid but the price was not adjusted. Two of the three stars are for the nice lady at the window."

"Not terrible, but not quite stellar. We stopped a quick lunch in the theatre district on a weekday. It wasn't too busy and we were tempted by greeting at the door and sandwich board advertising $10 lunch combos. We started with some sweet potato wafers that were delicious! Perfectly crack on the outside, soft inside, dusted with a light coating and finished with flocculous salt. We both ordered the midday combs, my was the pulled chicken sandwich with a white bean and tomato soup. They sent out the soup separately so that they contain an ashes of tomato salad that was really good! The soup was a little fat for my taste I didn't expect. I saw something creamy, but that was almost like a chili. The sandwich was also surprisingly dry. I showed me a delicious meat in the sauce, but it was like regularly seasoned chicken pieces. The Cuban sandwich was kind of beating without much pig. So... there's room for improvement, but the staff and the ambience were warm and welcoming. Hopefully the food starts!"
