"Discovered this café, which is apparently only open for a week. The owner was super friendly and helpful and spoke perfect English so communication was super easy. I had a coffee with soy milk and a delicious and not too sweet but still damp tomato banana bread. Sounds funny first (tomatoes in a cake?! but then I thought about carrot cake and beet cake and zucchini bread and decided to try it. And I'm glad it was me! This cake was the best vegan cake I had in my two weeks of travel in Poland. I even took one to make breakfast the next morning. After strolling through the beautiful city centre of Poznán, I decided to go back to this hidden gem for another break. The owner recognized me, we started chatting and at the end they gave me advice where to go and what to see in Poznán. Super helpful advice, thank you! She also cleaned me a roasted vegan cheese sandwich that was simple and yet super tasty and also a good value for money! Since I unfortunately don't speak Polish, I was unable to understand the menu on the chalkboard and given that I was super happy with my choice of vegan cheese toast I wasn't inquire about more vegan food options. But I'm pretty sure everyone finds something as owner (and their partner(?) / their employees go out their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable and do not leave hungry; I highly recommend it and am really sad that this cute café is not in Stuttgart where I live; updated from previous review on 2020-08-30"
