"My friends (non-vegan) and I regularly gather here as it offers a good variety of vegan options for us and non-vegan options for them. I recently discovered they serve cake as well, chocolate fudge and carrot cake, in fact I actually went in for breakfast (avo and hummus on toasted ciabatta with roasted cherry tomatoes and pine nuts) but you know, chocolate cake! They have a proper wood fired pizza oven and have vegan mozzarella. I'm a black coffee fan but there was oat, soya and almond milk on offer as well. It's only a few minutes walk up the road from the main entrance to Umhlanga beach and it's a perfect place for a gathering once parkrun starts again. There is plenty of parking both on the road and in the Pearls mall car park."
