"A great place to meet friends on a Sunday morning for breakfast. Great veggie options, and they look after vegans too. The whole place is fair trade, locally sourced and they keep their carbon footprint to a minimum. The staff is fantastic, attentive and happy to help. Right in town, it's easy to find and well priced making a favourite with ex-pats and locals alike."

"After a 7-day cruise with three stops and tons of fun activities, my kids number one meal is the waffles at this coffee shop. We got off our boat and just wanted something other than the cruise food. A traffic police officer suggested we try the coffee shop across the street. Maybe because our expectations were pretty low, but either way, the breakfast was so good! I had banana bread that was soft and flavorful. The waffles tasted better than any I've ever had. They put Nutella and whipped cream on them to add to the decadent richness. My girls ate every last bite.The barista was so so on service. The authentic chocolate milk was good but the kids didn't like it. As the mom, I appreciated that it had less sugar and more cocoa.Also the location was good. Right by a little garden thing with lots of turtles and stuff for the kids to check out."

"I have to start off this review by saying the bread you get before your dinner is absolutely delicious. My husband could not get enough of the habanero sauce with it . The outdoor seating is inviting and romantic. A comfortable,romantic,beautiful setting on the water. After you get past those things ..... it's ok . The food , aside from the bead , is not memorable. I get the impression the kitchen is just pumping out food with no real heart or flavor. It was disappointing because I really wanted this to be a staple during our frequent trips to Cozumel. We will stick with the small Mom and pop hole in the wall places . They never disappoint and are much easier on the wallet ."

"Lovely place with awesome food and service, looked to try them again in Jan 2015 and it has not been open during our stay. We were however greeted again by the most friendly black lab who keeps guard. :-)"

"Two different days for breakfast. A few breakfast items are good, but others and lunch items aren't!Good presentation but some items need more ingredients and better flavor. Turkey Melt was very little thinly-sliced Ham-Turkey with soft "cheese whiz" like cheese. It was a very small disappointing sandwich. Unlike the other juices that they serve in a good size large jars, my carrot juice came watered down in a thin tall glass with ice. Another breakfast item way too salty. With only one other small table in the restaurant at both times, food and drinks always took way too long to be served. Owner asked for feedback. He then apologized but offered no compensation. This place has potential, but not quite there yet!Too many great breakfast places on Cozumel to return to Amparos."
