"As previously stated in my review of the Prince Arthur, we "went walking" to find a place to eat. Half a block away is this run down looking place called the Noodle Bowl, reluctant to go in, but . . . hey it's great. Hin, the young owner and Trong his dad are very friendly, accommodating and enthusiastic conversationalists. Lots of choices, A real gem."

"The solo board was good for 4 people. The bacon wrapped dates were amazing. The Cobb salad was good but the ginger hot bowl was so good loved the fried egg with sirracha sauce on top. Finished with veggie brownie with fresh whipped cream and cherries great meal"

"Although the food was nice and edible I had the Kimchee Salad and for the life of me couldn't find any kimchee! I found this place was trying too hard to be trendy with its dishes which is a shame. I would eat here again as there was nothing overtly wrong but it wouldn't be my first choice."

"I know that the Golden wok restaurant will be open on Xmas day from 3 to 8.! Golden wok also has a few new and improve dishes on the menu for customer to try! Even though the noodles bowl (Bun thit nuong) is the best in town but you don't forget to experience other dishes like Bon Bon sparerib, Pad Thai, Szechuan noodles, Lemon Chicken etc."

"The hotel is located in what seems to be an outdated part of the city, but the food is still delicious. A bit on the mild side compared to other Thai restaurants that are good for those who do not like it spicy. Portion sizes are great with very favorable prices. I would recommend this to every visitor in Thunder Bay."

"This is a cute café with an eclectic vibe! We arrived right when they opened were looking for breakfasty-type food. I ordered a smoothie and got a raw key-lime tart as well. My hubbie ordered an Americano and a date square. After chatting with staff member John, he also ordered toast using their burger bun and adding some fresh local-made jam. All was fresh delicious! They have an entire display case filled with raw vegan treats! I regret not taking a picture. Would 've liked to go back to try more but were only in town for the weekend."
