"The food is so YUMMY and the service is Awesome! Love it! And love how they cater to children as well. We are new to Cranbrook and today was my first time at Hot Shots. Will definitely be a favourite spot."

"Went here on the advice of locals. Phoned ahead for a takeout order. Dinner ready on time, at $9 per person with some left over. So, good food at a good price. Must go back and try the buffet."

"Stayed in the mission building for 3 nights in August. We could not find a trolley to move our baggage, so had to make several trips up the stairs, back and forth from the parking lot.Found a note in our room from management that we would not have daily maid service due to a staff shortage.The restaurant is not open for breakfast or lunch due to a staff shortage.Expect better at this resort. Very disappointing."
