"Through our overnight stay at Villa Altenburg the further arrival to Dresden was entertaining and relaxing! Beautiful new roads, little construction sites. The soli was well invested. Pillnitz with the beautiful castle garden, including the more than 230 years old Kamelie, is our destination. At noon we arrive. Luggage stowed, first visit to the castle park. On the way back, the Parkcafé looks inviting. We are the only guests in the well maintained beer garden. It's probably the confessed boss who serves here and hands us the cards. This is good, not overloaded and varied. The day offers can be read on tables. I like the daily offer with wild goulash, knödeln and red herb, but I am too lush at lunchtime. Regional dishes are not too short. The meat dishes ovine, pork roasts, sour roasts, beef tongues) are dishes that we do not find so often on the map. Not our favorite, but yet positively noted. For thirst I order a large dry wine choir € 3,40) and my husband a pils, 0.5 l € 3,30). The drinks are served quickly and well cooled. For our lunch we also decided and order: My husband chooses the gratined potato vegetables uptake € 9,30). And I spaghetti aglio e olio with tomato, garlic, rocket, parmesan € 9.40. After some considerations we decide to move to the restaurant. It's still dry, but the wind blows are getting cooler. For a drink ok, but our food would probably be too cold. And I can't suffer at all. We move to the well maintained good room and make us noticeable about the riches to the kitchen. Here the cook cuts straight scavengers from a beautiful piece of pork comb! Later, grandparents with grandchildren receive gold-yellow carvings and praised them very much. Lots of wood, beautiful old pictures, comfortable seating, fresh flowers on the tables. This is not “hipp” here, so you feel comfortable. Cosy and well maintained. Toilets were not visited. After a pleasant waiting time our food comes, nicely hot! The vegetable run-up with potatoes plentiful and with lots of cheese. This one would have worn some gold-yellow tan. But very juicy, the vegetables partially frozen peas, carrots) of good quality. Decensed. With the lush portion you can't milk and it tasted well. My pasta beautiful al dente and nicely decorated on top. Spaghetti aglio e olio Ok, among other things with sliced salmon, i.e. in German. It doesn't bother me as a lover of fresh herbs. The rocket and fresh tomatoes are hidden under the spaghetti, not hard but lightly cooked during the “rolling” of the pasta and therefore very aromatic. It has tasted well, the portion also not crisp. I missed a bit of Pepp Chili). We want to see a little more, so we order the bill quickly and are very friendly. For our lunchtime it was very good here."

"I absolutely LOVED this place. I was walking around the old town during the holday season and saw this beautifully decorated property. Decided to go in for a coffee and a piece of cake. It was a stunning building with a very nice ambiance and classy interior. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. I ordered a large cappuchino and it was the best cappuchino I've ever had, I just had to order another one! I will definitely come back if I ever visit Dresden again. They also offer free wifi."

"The holiday in Saxony and Thuringia was beautiful, but now again work is announced and it leads me back to the beautiful Elbflorenz after not even two weeks. Caroussel and enjoyment studio were visited privately, Elements is looking for staff and therefore has opened the Fine Dining only from Thursday to Saturday. Good advice is expensive. Or not, because Mr Jenome points out that the Villandry has reopened under new leadership. This promises French cuisine, because what Sauvignon lover does not know the town near the Loire? The search in the network is difficult; the homepage is silent about the offer. With a few search terms, however, there is a cautiously modern, in fact French-inspired kitchen, so that I am happy to walk into the various new town. At 6.30 a.m., a reluctant modern bistro welcomes me in warm wood and light. Guests are hardly present, but Oh, horror! all over the place. And so the powerfully tattooed boss migrates with me through the safe 50 or more places and regrets until I accept that I am only welcome on the high wooden bench as a single guest. Later, of course, all walks are offered in more and more comfortable places, only I can track my discs... But no matter, there is a certain “alternative” nonchalance, including the mothers known from Prenzlberg, who also in the restaurant do not want to harass their up-and-coming offspring with sparse rules of conduct for the rest of the guests or the serving staff... For such situations, the dear God has invented the alcohol, in my case in the form of an extremely compact wine map, on which there are no plants of the Loire. Mostly natural wines, but after all there is a white and two red burgundy, ergo everything well. The choice is based on the simple Aloxe Corton from 2001 €45, which, after a happier distance of the crumbling cork during the evening, proves to be a very harmonious, not fruity companion of the exceptionally selected strong dishes. As an aperitif sipping on the pleasantly herb Cidre 4,8€, I work through the small card, which however completely deviates from the net. The mystery solution: The new owners mentioned by Jenome, who also run the St Pauli, have reopened the Villandry four months ago and now have to live with the fact that the predecessors do not take the card out of the net... Apart from the usual placement humiliation, the service acts without errors. All my wishes are fulfilled; be it the move of the bistro table among the spotlights for better photos, be it a sorbet in the style of the 80s or the compilation of a menu actually not intended. Only the day offers are not brought to my attention, but it is also in the map “Request the service”. The prices are friendly, for four courses with refreshment came 55 euros. There is no amuse. With the first gear, two types of bread are served, of which the strong mixing baguette with cumin is very strong. However, this also applies to the Paté de Campagne, which in Fronkreisch would not give it much stronger, more harmoniously tuned. Locker, strong, giving the wild meat space excellent! The cheese comes in the form of a very light crème, while the cherries are powerfully sweet sour. What is ultimately the problem. Because the small non-cooked lenses with crunchy carrots and celery strips are for themselves salty and umami enough, at the beginning also fresh by baby spinach, but are largely covered by the fruit sweets in the mouth. And when the fruit “finally” has passed, the feeling of the mouth is still meager. You don't have to work with sharpness, but you could... A smaller, also vegetarian main course is served as an intermediate dish. Exactly spicy eggplants kidnap me with a clear, juicy curry aroma to India, boiled ? pomegranate seeds and strong goat fresh cheese rather in the Orient and Fregola Sarda and rosemary to the Mediterranean. Sauerkirsche is also allowed to play again, whereby the stronger flavors are better maintained. Everything tasty for itself; in the overall show somewhat undecided. In the end, I definitely lack something sharp, even to complete the desired aroma. I use the break for a visit to the toilets that are not barrier-free in the basement. Everything in the green area, better than expected in the casual environment. In any case, there are only a few steps of old building in front of the restaurant. Possibly there is a flat access over the farm; I forgot to ask and this angers me now. For refreshment, I ordered a Sorbet 3€ despite the hip environment, which turns out to be a pomegranate. something too sweet; the requested Crèmant is additionally calculated with 2.8€. As a main course, I can't resist Brasato from the deer. It's nice that the meat comes to the table and stays hot. The ones I presume due to the Collagen Bäckchen were already cut, with red wine and juniper still being clearly felt. Marinating and Schmoren comes to lean wild, it is still slightly firm, but do not wear dry. Different-colored nickel leaves not only look pretty, but have bites and tastes and are therefore equal players. And that of me who's been standing on war feet with Kohl since childhood. Wacholdercrumble contributes a new texture, but remains more sweet than typical. Only enjoyed solo is the ethereal berry to guess. This is a shame, not only because the denomination on the map creates expectations, but also because the sauce tied with sour cream rather damped. "Awesome Dinner at one out of two Michelin Starred Restaurants I got a fantastic 7 Course Gourmet Menu at this venue. Every little thing they did that nite was awesome. Plus the treatment for providing a tiny little but pretty stool for handbag was...very spoiling. As we already tried both Starred Restaurant in Dresden, I gotta say Bean Beluga is already over the top. Stylish and modern ambiance, plus the location is quite inviting. Perfect service Every single course icl. Amuse Bouche was perfectly served The taste? "Valentine's Day, it's supposed to be the day of the loved ones, and it's all told that it's a bullshit from the USA. I find this day in person, because you should honor your loved ones not only on a day, but throughout the year. And flowers only get my wife twice a year from me. For wedding day and birthday. I hope the rise in the GG-households is now within limits, because we spend the money for flowers rather than a beautiful evening in the restaurant or a cultural institution. So why can't Valentine's Day come from the USA? The custom of this day goes back to the feast of Saint Valentinus, a martyr in whose hagiography may have merged the vitae of several martyrs of this name. St. Valentine's Day on 14. February was introduced by Pope Gelasius in 496 for the whole church. And as we know, Christoph Kolumbus only discovered on 12. October 1492 the American continent. Why can't Valentine's Day come from the USA? Quite simply, my U.S. CEO had to make an online team meeting with colleagues from Germany and USA until 8:00. The enthusiasm for this on the part of the great pond was clearly limited. Since we don't give up on this day, but at least look for a gastronomic facility, I tried to get a place in Dresden for a few days in advance in the vicinity of my office. Unfortunately, all gastronomy was fully booked in the entire city centre, but we could try “good luck” to see if at this late time there might be places left. That was too risky. So I tried to catch the Gastros from the office towards Elbepark. In this direction, astonishingly many guest pinks make their gravel dense already at 9 p.m., and therefore, after 8 p.m., did not want to accommodate any guests. Spitwegrich-Das Landhaus Fündig I finally became in the „Spitzwegerich-Das Landhaus“ near the famous ball house Watzke. There was no problem here to host guests at this time, because the staff is still busy after the official closing time. What an attitude for the customer. So my girls picked me up at the office on Valentine's Eve, and as we had tasted faster, we were in the inn at 8:00. The Landhaus Spitzwegerich is located directly on the Elberadweg, in summer you have a beautiful view of the Elbe. Beer garden in the middle of town, but still quiet. The quiet location is also reflected in the parking situation on site, because here it is extremely difficult to get rid of the mobile base. The Spitwegrich is housed in a corner building, you enter the restaurant via the beer garden. Opposite the entrance is the counter, and we were immediately woken to control the current vaccination status. After everything was fine, we had the way to the neighboring room, where our table was the only free in the whole place. On rustic tables and chairs, which were padded with seat cushions, you sit quite comfortably. The walls almost already overload with all kinds of pictures and decorations, between the tables the famous corona walls. Guest room Two ladies slept the service in the restaurant, one of the two was responsible for this evening. The guests were addressed with “du”, the correspondence between guest and service should be culinary. It didn't matter to us, but I'm sure it doesn't matter to everyone. Here you have either stored the juice too cold, or when opening the bottle you forget to shake the flesh. The dosed sauce we wouldn't be titled as aivar now, I think so many GG-lers would jump through the monitor. It was a slightly sharp, creamy sauce. The herbal sauce much at garlic bread could not be quite in weight, here it could have been a garlic sauce. The two breads have divided my three girls, not just because of kissing strange, no the portion was so big, there was no need for a main dish. Grilled garlic bread with two kinds of sauce-aivar and herbal dip Twenty minutes after the starter, i.e. shortly before nine, and actually already closing time, our main dishes were brought to us by the two service ladies. As the next days go to Cuxhaven, my wife, with the salmon run with band noodles and Rahmspinat, wanted to invite the maritime. Band noodles and spinach were well layered in a large run-up form, plenty of salmon was also present. The whole thing baked with a thick layer of cheese should not be wrong. But somehow my wife's food was very salty, whether the spinach, the noodles or the salmon can't be said. But since my wife is very sensitive, half of it remained. As a hint to the operation, only the statement came: the cook probably took Valentine's Day too literally. In the end, my wife did not go so well this evening, but in her many allergens we cannot say whether it was any additives, or yet salt. Salmon run with band noodles and cream spinach The little one had decided quite classically for the carving with fresh vegetables. Croquettes. There should be nothing wrong. The carving was dark fried, in the inner but still pleasantly soft. 180gr carving with fresh vegetables, as a supplement croquettes The 180 gram version was completely enough. We didn't expect the croquettes of TK goods. However, the “fresh” vegetables finally also dept as a TK-good, which one gets in the supermarket as an “emperous vegetables”. It should be explained differently. Unfortunately, the vegetables were desalinated here too, so the cook was already in the evening with his favorites. The supplement of herb salad, acidic cucumber, corn and carrot rasp was then also classic convenience. 180gr Schnitzel with fresh vegetables, as a supplement croquettes Very different the Schlemmerschnitzel of unsrer Großen. The Schnitzel also here in the 180gr variant, was covered with thin and spicy smoked slices of Bacon and fresh tomatoes, all then baked with a thick layer of cheese. The scavenger also here fried, in the inner pleasantly soft. Here, too, croquettes from TK holding as well as the supplemental salad from Krautsalat, acidic cucumber, corn and carrots. 180gr Slinger with bacon and tomatoes, baked with cheese, as a supplement croquettes I've wished for a long time again a scavenger after Gypsies. Can you even call that? No matter, my reference gypsy carving there is the village pub with us, and there's a lot of trouble coming. The trumpet did not do that. The Schnitzel also here in the 180 gr instead of 300 gr variant, pleasantly chess fried and also inside soft, not dry. There was a gypsy sauce that consisted of a kind of letcho, i.e. exclusively of red and green paprika. I personally lacked the sharpness/short of Hungarian or Gypsies. In our village pub, small, fried hunting sausage and salami strips are also processed, this gives an extra spicy sauce. All right, but original is only with Letscho. To my scavenger, there were fried fries. Here, however, I lacked the salt which was on top of the other two foods. In the end, the obligatory supplemental salad from Krautsalat, acidic cucumber, corn and carrots. 180gr Schnitzel after Zigeunerart, as a supplement Pommes Frites As you know my girls, there had to be something sweet, and so they had already ordered their dessert when ordering. They wished how it should be different: · 1x apple strudel with vanilla ice cream and cream bonnet for 4.50 € Despite later hours, the country house has already closed, then the apple strudel came to my girls at 21:15. The three divided the portion and thus had at least the salty taste behind them. Applestrudel with vanilla ice cream and cream bonnet At 9:30 we paid and left the place. The team had an evening. Our conclusion: we left €98.80 in the „Spitzwegerich-Das Landhaus“ (The Country House) . Many years ago at RK-Zeiten) we were already here with friends, then we were fully satisfied. Today, our experience, at least with the food, was more likely to grow through. A friendly team, even after the evening no problem yet to use.
