"Absolutely beautiful and delicious fish and chips. the fish is fresh every day and one of the cheapest in the city. the service is great. the waiting queue outside is a very good indicator for its popularity."

"I've already gone one because in water fields and I find all the staff very helpful and a good laugh more important is eating is good coffee is good. I think it's pretty expensive. I would get them back to 100%. I feel that the bad wake has left someone, is clearly someone with a little touching time on his hands that they are harassed, write a bad review. I'm happy anyway and I'm sure there are many others. thanks to water fields for my dinner."

"Went on Christmas Eve for the Sunday lunch menu, not expecting too much knowing how crazy Christmas Eve is. All 11 of chose the roast beef and it was excellent. Yorkshire puddings were great, gravy spot on and the veg fresh and tasty with a particular ‘shout out’ for the carrots and parsnips which were fantastic. Staff were great too. Only slight ‘fault’ but I do get it, we had to keep going downstairs for our own drinks. Overall though excellent and we will certainly be going back for Sunday lunch in 2024."
