"Sun-n-sand is one of the legendary place that carries legecy by itself. I was fortunate to explore and experience their over whelming services at their restaurant kebab-hut. Talking about kebab-hut it's a top notch and magnificent north indian restuarant mainly serving Lucknowi delicacies. The restaurant is located on the Juhu beach. The ambience is just mesmerizing on the sea coast of juhu beach. The sound of the waves along with the delicious delicacies from Lucknow would just make your moments special. The restaurant has both veg and Non-veg options in the menu we opted for vegetarian. The mocktails were refreshing and mood some the options would recommend is st Clement, uptown power juice. In appeziters Kebab is a must try to b obvious i opted for subz galavti Kebab it was mouth melting kebab with finely minced vegetables. Paneer chilgoze ki Nazakat soft cottage cheese marinated with yoghurt and spices stuffed with pine nuts it was prepared with so much of expertise. In mains multani paneer, Dum subz Handi was perfectly prepared enjoyed it along with taffan, cheese garlic naan, stuffed onion kulcha. The dum subz Biryani was scrumptious To conclude the meal we ordered some ideal indian dessert kulfi Falooda, Rasmalai and Lychee ki Tehri it was so much satisfying on the sea coast i just cherished each moment spent. A must visit place to have unique experience."

ORDER IT!
Cream Cheese Roll
Our favorite sushi will always be a Cream Cheese Roll Sushi, it has Blanched Asparagus, Avocado and lots of Cream Cheese in it. The quantity is perfect and the taste is outstanding.
California Roll
This one was similar to a Cream Cheese Roll instead of Cream Cheese it had Cucumber and a different in house sauce over it. "Novotel Juhu is hotel alert near Juhu Church. This property comes from Accor group.Best part i love about this group is they always think out of the box and try to offer something new . I visited Square which is signature restaurant of Novotel Juhu .Every month they come up with a food festival offering completely different cuisine experience.Currently they are running a South Indian food festival at their restaurant from 16th august to 26 august 2018.Chef Vineet has been specially flown in from Novotel kochi and has designed the South indian buffet menu .Novotel juhu is known for its North indian cuisine. So its was really exciting for me to try their South indian delicacies. Staff at Novotel Juhu is well trained and courteous.Definitely of 5 star standard. They have variety of Veg Non veg dishes in lavish buffet spread Coming to variety of Veg South indian dishes i tried from buffet in tasting portions Drink Kokum drink -Indian kokum coconut bssed drink.Try it out Soup Veg Rasam soup -Carrot,tomato,cabbage nicely cooked and neatly grinded in a smooth paste with little water added along and well garnished with curry coriander leaves .A nice, soothing soup Salad-I tried their Nadam kappa thalichatu( sweet potato salad) their chana chaat..I personally recommend their sweet potato salad Starter Kaya varuval -These were deep fried raw bananas marinated in Indian spices .Something different and worthy of trying Live speciality counter Veg Appam-Mouthwatering appam served with chutney.Well prepared from idli batter with some oil on it .It was slightly brown and extremely crispy.Sign of well prepared appam . Kuthu paratha-paratha,onion,tomatoes,green chilli, red chilli powder and garam masala used in preparation of this speciality dish. This was Veg version preparation without use of egg .Its a famous street food speciality of Tamilnadu prepared using lots of vegetables .Worth trying Veg pakodas -It was crispy .A typical southindian style pakoda and tasted crunchy yummy Main course I Tried their bhindi and bitter guard (karela sabzi) with paratha . I Also tried their ghee rice with some dal makhani. Desserts Semiya payasam -nicely prepared.milk and water used in its preparation.Milk was boiled till vermicelli was cooked .Sugar and cardamom powder was added to it.Well garnished Aval vilayichathu -A signature kerala preparation. This is sweetened beaten rice flakes with coconut jaggery Apart from South indian variety there was also a dedictated North indian food counter variety of other desserts like chocolate mousse, orange rasgulla, choco chip icecreams and apricot cake. Overall a great place to try out Southindian cuisine. Its just not about idli, dosa.South indian cuisine is a lot more to offer.Try if out and experience it Go for it Saumil Shah"

"' Good fine dine for some South Asian cuisine ' The restaurant was surprisingly empty at lunch time on a Saturday afternoon with only 2 tables occupied. The décor is pretty nice and befitting a fine dine restaurant. The lighting is also maintained at ambient levels. The music being played was a mixed bag but kept at bearable levels. Being a vegetarian and teetotaler, my review is restricted to my choice of food and drink; however the photos are not. DIMSUM: Truffle Edamame Dumpling: Edamame is green soybeans which has been harvested before the beans mature and turn yellowish. The pureed edamame with slight hint of truffle oil were neatly wrapped in semi transparent rice flour skin. The truffle oil was not overtly used, just enough for the edamame to hold on its own; certainly RECOMMENDED. Veg Chive Dimpling: Chives are herbs which belong to the onion family but its more pungent than onions hence to be used in smaller quantity. This dim sum looks very attractive when served; a dark green dim sum topped with pomegranate pieces. But it didn’t do the same trick when consumed; it gave out a kind of repulsive aroma and taste. VEGETARIAN APPETISER The chef placed a wonderful dish made out of turnips in front of us, Turnip Cake. Square shaped, deep fried and crunchy yet soft from within pieces topped with some crumbs interspersed with some fried garlic pieces and spicy red chili. It was this topping which gave a new facet to the Turnip Cake with every bite; sometimes bland, sometimes pungent, sometimes spicy, RECOMMENDED. Veg Lettuce Wrapped: This was another magical dish from the Chef’s pan. The veggies included sweet corn, carrots, turnip, spring onions and French beans. All of them very nicely intermingled with a sweet and sour thick sauce. MAINS: Singapore Vermicelli Noodles: The vermicelli was fine and nicely cooked, rightly accompanied with sprouts some bell pepper. The undoing of the dish was the over use of turmeric and ginger. It gave a domineering flavour that wouldn’t be camouflaged by the gravy as well. Four Treasure Veg in Pickled Chili Sauce: Mushroom, Broccoli, Turnips and some edamame cooked in a red sauce which was bordering on the sweet spicy flavour. Singularly, it was very nice and would have been a perfect complement to a Garlic Fried Rice. The quantity though was much in excess for the lone vegetarian that I was. DESSERTS Oriental Mango Pudding: This was the perfect end to the meal we could have asked for, metaphorically the icing on the cake. The pudding was of the right wobbly consistency, it held on to its shape even after we had a couple of spoons. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED. Italian Tiramisu: A tiramisu should have a subtle sweetness and a right bitterness derived from coffee and cocoa powder. Well the one served to us was not so good but not bad either. It missed the “UMMM” factor which escapes your mouth when you have something superlative. POTION: Malibu Breeze – Coconut water, mint leaves, slices of lime and lots of coconut flesh made this drink refreshing. The service was efficient, attentive and with a smile. The experience with the food scored more boxes on the good aspect than the bad. However if only the main course was better than it could have been better rating. Though we did not pay for the food, the approximate cost per head for the vegetarian fare could be Rs.1500. Food Quality – 3.5/5 Food Quantity – 3.5/5 Ambience – 4/5 Service – 3.5/5 Price NA"

"Carter blue never fails to satisfy us. We love this place. It wins your heart right at the entrance with the delicious shawarma. You must eat one here. Other dishes on the menu are good too. For a change, we hogged on some chicken lollipops and also some delicious rice. It's perfect. Definitely deserves a 5!"
