"A Nice restaurant ? with a big menu. I ordered the roast beef, that was cooked well and was also a good meal. I enjoyed the smashed potatoes and veggies.The menu looks good and I would comeback and try again sometime else, has plenty of options for a great meal anyday. Nice chill spot, good service ?????"

"The Discovery Room is the restaurant of the VIU Culinary Arts Program. The room is only open on limited days (see web) but is well worth making a reservation. A three course lunch was 24 per person for three courses , and tea or coffee. There is a good wine list as well. If you can, get a window table as the view on a good day from their hill location is out over the water to Vancouver."

"Came here for a quick breakfast and oh wow it was out of expected in a good way! Food: Service: Atmosphere: We ordered Breakfast Hash and the Bacon Benny, kinda pricey but good value. The hollandaise sauce was amazing! It’s very different from what we had in Vancouver, I love it when it has its own homemade, unique flavours. Also the hash was very tasty, it kept the original sweet taste of potatoes and I really enjoyed the whole thing! However coffee and tea were very average, kinda pricey compared to its quality. The service was nice, friendly and attentive. Overall I enjoyed the visit and recommended to try."
