"Upon arrival, the welcome was friendly with a glass of prosecco. After ordering the food, we selected a wine from the wine list. Then the head waiter came and removed one of our tables in a complicated 5 minute operation. Because there was now not enough table space for 4, we requested having at least a small narrow table as a replacement. 10 minutes later we were moved to another table in the corridor which was very cramped and uncomfortable. 20 minutes later the starters were finally brought. The waiter had forgotten which wine we had ordered and gave us the wine list again a different wine list from the first time! Over the next 40 minutes nothing happened except that various members of south Italian families arrived who were greeted in an extremely subservient manner by the waiter. They got the best tables and the food was served instantly within 2 minutes. They brought their dogs who barked and sat on the tables. At this point we were fed up and made it clear that we wanted our main courses immediately. The waiter couldn’t care less and had forgotten what we ordered ! and when we told him, just said that one of the dishes was out anyway. Two hours after ordering ! We left the restaurant immediately after having wasted more than two hours with dismal service."

"Sehr eng, kaum Platz geschweige denn Ruhe da schon die nächste Person mit dem Essen vor dem Tisch steht und auf Platz wartet. Schlimme Abfertigung und das zu überdurchschnittlich hohen Preisen für paar Blätter Salat mit dem schlagkräftigen Argument: vegetarisch!"

"There was one of the EC football matches. There were tons of screens so everyone could easily see the game. Despite being outside, everything was in the shade and very pleasant. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Food was very nice, had the nachos that were a hit, plus the beef burger that was also very beautiful. Had a little chili on what was a very nice extra turn. The drinks I had were okay. The whisky sour was really good, but the Pina Colada could not keep this standard. All in all a beautiful experience and we will be very likely again."

"My wife wanted to try an authentic fondue and this was the place. The traditional fondue for two people consist of the pot of cheese, a small paper bag of small boiled potatoes and a small bag of bread cubes. For this amount of food...our bill was over $80.00 Swiss Francs. That's a very steep price for that amount and those types of food."
