"First time here busy even on a Thursday night had a wonderful pepperoni pizza with salad both fresh tasty. Outstanding service atmosphere although was somewhat loud at times had to turn my hearing aids down. "The food was very good. A little pricey but the service was excellent. Unfortunately there was a private party going on so we had to sit downstairs in the bar area. Next time I would like to sit in the regular dining area or out on the beautiful patio."

"Went to Strano at on a Sunday evening with a family of There were only other tables in the restaurant and our server took minutes to get our drinks before even taking our dinner order. We had two young children with us who were very hungry. Service was very slow and food coming out of the kitchen was slow. There is no reason in a virtually empty restaurant for dinner to take hours and for the customer to ask the server repeatedly where the food is. He didn't even put our entree orders into the kitchen until we were finished with our salads and apps which came out at the same time. After that it took another minutes to get our entrees. In my opinion the kitchen is run extremely inefficiently, the wait staff is poorly trained and all in all the restaurant is poorly managed."

"Cute spot. Portions are small for price. Food took over an hour to come out and pork chop was raw in center/ inedible. Sad. Menu looks promising but terrible kitchen management. Who has time for a 4 hr dinner? If you serve food rare you should let your guests know. And if dinner take hours you should also let people know."
