"Always great food. The owner is the cook, counter person, wait staff, delivery person, maintenance, and everything else so be patient! He is a great guy and deserves your business, just be prepared if you have to wait a few extra moments because the guy is doing everything himself. I promise you it's worth the wait! Everything is hand made and cooked to order, exactly to my specifications. Being allergic to tomatoes you would think that I couldn't enjoy pizza, however this place offers me so many options and variations , and the chef is willing to go the extra mile for his customers. He cooks with love. You can taste it! Go there tonight! Go as soon as you can! This place is the best pizza in the Lehigh Valley area!!"

"My employer had the food truck to work. I was impressed by the service. Although there was a long line, they prepared to eat quickly. the cactus blue staff was friendly and efficient. it was the first time that it had eaten from them. I had bark tacos, tears, and drown and dessert. the food was fresh and delicious. I would definitely go there restaurant"

"My husband and I just had lunch at Fegley?s! We were excited to try a Bethlehem restaurant and buy some local beer as Christmas gifts. I?ll start buy saying they had a broad range of beers, our waitress (Sky) was so kind and enjoyable, and our food wasgood. The service was a bit odd. There was a long backup in the kitchen and when my food came out it was a bit cold because thekitchen forgot to make my husband?s burger. The front house staff also didn?t seem super professional. Though all that beingsaid, I know this is a hard time for restaurants, so am more understanding! Thank you for the meal!"

"It was a joy to discover this marvelous restaurant. We went for brunch and sat outside in their outdoor patio. Our waitress Jessica was so accommodating, along with the dining room manager. Jessica provided us with the best service that we’ve experienced in a long time. They checked with us to ensure the music was not overbearing, which I thought was very kind. Jessica was also on point in her cocktail food suggestions. The timing of everything was perfect! We were in the mood for a relaxed brunch and we found this at Bolete! The dining room manager also brought out a journal dating back to the mid to late 1800’s, which was such a treat to see. The cocktail menu was creative and they offered a wonderful selection of wine and local beer. The four of us were all very satisfied with our very unique crafted cocktails. As far as what to order for brunch, there was no wrong choice! We were all very satisfied! Bolete features lots of local delights, including locally foraged mushrooms, which are featured beautifully on their menu! We walked away, knowing that this was not going to be the last time that we would dine at Boulete! We cannot wait to return for dinner!"

"My husband and I celebrated our 23rd wedding anniversary there, just the two of us. I ironically don't like seafood, but I had the filet mignon which was cooked to perfection. My husband enjoyed shrimp, scallions and a lobster tail. The sides were plenty for two people and the meals were perfectly proportioned. Our waitress had a lovely personality, and she kept the food and drinks coming. Each area was spaced out to adhere to social distancing, made the restaurant spacious, keeping noise levels down. Just make sure to make reservations, there were some unhappy people that could not be served right away. Otherwise, our anniversary dinner was wonderful and well worth the price."

"Having been to the Tap Room in the past I was excited to go again however this visit did not live up to our expecations at all. Arrived a few minutes before our 12:45 brunch reservation. Had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated. Lobby area was very crowded with people leaving the hotel. Loud and no seating. Restauratn seemed chaotic and we noticed a lot of tables vacatated but not cleared. Finally we were seated and told we could proceed to the buffet or wait for a server to take our drink orders. We got our food and still waited for server. Finally my husband spotted a pitcher of water at the server's stationand at least poured us some water. When server did finally come I requersted coffee which i got rather quickly but it was cold. He came round again with a refill of coffee and still cold. Finally thrid refill =before we were ready to leave was hot. Food was very good but not great and overall ambience of the tap room was noisy and chaotic not at all the elegant classy atmosphere we had experienced in the past"

"I can’t say enough positive things about the Bookstore Speakeasy. The food was AMAZING and the service was great. We started with a plate of meats and cheeses. It came with grainy mustard, nuts and a blueberry/balsamic concoction that was Devine. I had the short ribs. The portion was generous and it was so tender and delicious. Cocktails were lovely and dessert was outrageous. We weren’t rushed at all. If you are in the area make a reservation and check this place out."
