"Their prices are good, but the quality of food, esp. meat, is not. Their chicken shawarma, for example, was overcooked and doesn’t really taste like shawarma and wasn’t that juicy. Their location is good, but doesn’t have its own parking lot. So make sure you go early in order to have time to find a parking spot. Also, there were hardly three people working when I was there two days ago, you need more people. Most importantly, why would you choose the Cross as your brand? I don’t find this comfortable!"

"We went there for my birthday and i was very disappointed. we arrived at 7:30 for dinner and they closed at nine but they brought our food and takeout containers and plastic silverware trying to rush us out. The owners daughter was playing a video game in the back booth and it was very loud, and I had to ask the owner to ask her to turn it off. it took a while to get our food because they had so many takeout orders in front of us. I would think the customers in the restaurant would get priority over takeout customers. The food was not great. The dining room was lit brightly with fluorescent lights. I would pass on this restaurant and go to the restaurant in Norwood called 1947 much better food."
