"I went for lunch and at 15:00 they told me that they had stopped serving food. Why stop serving food at 3 o’ clock?? A member of staff told me off for thinking about what to order and sitting at my table without ordering. Most staff were friendly except one or two who looked like they wood love to be anywhere else."

"Very good food! 1 the parts were too big (I suppose not a thing for most people.) the personal is really chatting and amiable, although a little of the feet in the first night we were there. the selection of restaurants in the environment."

"We popped in on a busy night, no booking but luckily they found us table. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, freshly cooked with generous portions. I had the salmon tagliatelle which was lovely, so tasty. My friend had fish and chips, the fish was huge with lovely crispy batter. Two winning meals. A great place on the sea front. I will definitely return."

"I don't even know where to really start. managed to get a last-minute table for me, parent and very fussy son. I contacted andrea to book, and she was beyond helpful and accommodating for my sons cheerful at the arrival it was very busy, but...we were quickly served with drinks and shown on our table top and given menus. after a minimum waiting our order was taken by a nice fellow worker and shortly after eating. wow, I had never eaten a Sunday dinner with so much. veg consisted of brat potatoes, carrots, pork and carrots, papasnips, broccoli and cauliflower cheese (one must have been so happy for me with roasts). I decided for the roast lamb and my elders had the bark, we all had more meat than we could eat and the fussy child cleaned his teller of chicken and chips. everything was hot and freshly puked and we were all very impressed by eating, service and atmosphere. we will soon come back as impressed especially how busy they were clear, of us, keep the good work all"

"The restaurant visited last night eating was absolutely beautiful and service was amazing. we visited with a 3 months old baby and the owner could no longer have been accommodating. very family-oriented restaurant. can not recommend this location enough. you would be stupid not to visit. x"

"What a lovely pub. Had the best carvery I’ve ever eaten. The local beef was tender and cooked to perfection and the Turkey was succulent and full of flavour. All the vegetables had that fresh cooked taste and texture often missing from a carvery. GF, DF and vegan options were available. The Sticky Toffee Pudding was up there with the best I’ve tried (and that’s a lot). The staff were super friendly and took the time to talk to us. Dogs are welcome which was great for our Alfie. Thanks for the wonderful food and all round experience."
