"We live in the countryside and drove to Hanover (90 km), because we are always looking for a good original Peruvian cuisine. After all, she goes as the best of South America. And the long way was worth it! Here the boss cooks himself, you can even look over the counter. It's all amazing. The restaurant is small and furnished in a cosy, rustic style. But the best thing is that there are really genuine Peruvian food, this is not one of these renovated Latino restaurants that blow up everywhere from the ground. This begins with the juices of fresh fruit (we had a delicious pineapple mango juice) and holds on the freshly prepared keviche, whose sauce has a fine sharpness. Spectacular! Also the filled empanadas (both quinoa, as well as minced meat), filled paprika and the excellent paprika Rellena were very delicious. We wanted to try a lot more, but unfortunately our stomach was not big enough We will certainly come back and recommend Eva in the circle of friends. Hasta pronto!"
