"We had lunch in le chapon fin while we were in bordeaux. it was a spectacular experience. the restaurant is located in the center of bordeaux. one of the largest features is a grotte at one end of the restaurant. the decoration is incredible. The restaurant was recommended by a wine lover in the usa. one of the great features of fine restaurants in europa is their price festival menus, especially at midday. they had a few two cure options, one at 32€ and one at 34€. We chose the higher price that contains one appetizer and one. for more 19€ they match two wee, one for each cure. eating was spectacular band artistically presented. the sommelier asked some questions about our taste, but we left the decisions to it. this restaurant offers 250 weine at the glass. As I remember, one of their offers chateau d’Yquem 1976 at $250€ is a glass. two glasses of wine with lunch at 19€ is a lot. service is great. there are extras that are thrown in like a small pre-supplier, brot and match four when the bill was presented. we asked the staff to call us a taxi, but the restaurant is in a pedestrian zone. we had to decide ourselves. that was a great sound. we would return."
