"The quality was excellent and salvador could show some great recommendations. there were some interesting tellers they did not find in the usa, and fish in baja is always fresh and tasty, especially here. we are coming back to the final."

"The restaurant was highly recommended by a local so we decided to try it. we were a bit dissapointed, how far from the city center they were, but were very satisfied with the atmosphere and eating. the restaurant was packed with locals who are always a good sign. tried a few dishes and were most happy with the excellent garnel ceviche. the servings are large, so be careful not to override them. the Mariachi band only added to a very favorable experience. the prices were also very acceptable."

"Really tasty fall-off-the-bone ribs. Great fries sweet potato fries! The only thing our family didn’t love were the baked beans, they were very sweet. We wished there was a little more bbq sauce options. All options presented had a fairly similar flavor style....We would have loved another sauce option with a little more bite or kick. All and all, still would recommend eating there but it’s not the best thing we’ve ever had."

"The pizza smells great, but didn't eat so much. it was really cheesecake, no pizza. decorated in the 80s and ever improved since, she needs renovation. customers are covered by walls decorated with sticky saved by bell, nelson, cindy Crawford,...and madonna plakate; deck drop with dusty old sports equipment; and windows covered with decorative heavy grids."

"Playa el tecolote is located on the fork in the road between playa el tecolote and playa balandra. gps tried to guide us through a limited road, but glad that we could not listen and find this place. it was a bit worried, as there was hardly anyone in the opposite, except some locals. but the reviews here were good so we risked it and were happy about it. had tasty ceviche (additionally more salt but) and the fish tacos were good ... but excellent by the red hot sauce that the waiter broke out. not sure what it was a paste like sauce and it was good! nice that we came, but are warned that it is rural."
