"We tried Punto Azul in the evening based on a recommendation from the Hilton concierge and we were not disappointed. Excellent ceviche that included some lobster and lots of octopus. It was mouthwatering good. We also had Spaghetti con Mariscos and Arroz con Mariscos, both of which were outstanding. Prices were higher by Peru standards but very reasonable for the U.S.A generous serving of ceviche with octopus and lobster was 45 soles or $15us. Highly recommend Punto Azul and wish we had been able to go twice!"

"We had box lunches and breakfasts here. The fresh juices were wonderful especially the passionfruit juice, my new obsession. This is a kind of American Japanese fusion restaurant but not having had dinner I may have had a different opinion, I will say it was...never crowded at the dinner hour."

"Barra Mar is a beautiful restaurant near Hotel Santa Cruz. We tried 2x to eat here. For the first time there were no tables (only 12-15 tables). The second time we were successful, but they approached and were from the first two things we tried to order. That was good because the Quinoa bullet with Ceviche had caught my attention from the moment I sat down. The court and a nice local beer meet the place!"
