"We came for lunch. We were told by relatives that this restaurant is a popular spot in this neighbourhood. There are indeed many positive aspects: there is a very large parking, a large seating capacity, a menu with significant choices, and reasonable prices. We were told that restaurant specialties included the smoked meat and the pizza and we ordered these. The service was fine but not personal. We found the portion size of the meals to be very good. The food however was very average. The smoked meat sandwich looked very good however the meat had no taste and the rye bread was too soft. The fries were average. The pizza was fine but nothing more."

"We visited F + F Pizza for lunch recently and found everything to be great. Our waiter, Francois, was very hospitable and knowledgeable. We were lucky to get a table right next to the open-air window, as the restaurant was full. The restaurant itself is fairly small, so you should call ahead if you are planning to go.After looking over their menu, we ordered the following. We started with 2 small salads. I had the Greek salad, very fresh and loaded with Romaine lettuce, black olives, red onions, cucumbers, tomatoes and feta ($6.00). My wife opted for their Caesar Salad ($7.00), which had croutons, fresh lettuce, bacon and plenty of freshly shaved parmasean cheese. She loved it. Both salads came with 2 small wedges of their pizza dough with Italian seasoning. For our pizzas, my wife chose their "La Poulet Coriandre" ($16.00) while I wanted to try their "La Habs" ($17.00). Both were very good (9 inch pizzas). We were very full from the salads and only managed to eat half. We took the rest home. Paul, the new owner for the past few months, told me that he is around almost all the time to make sure that his customers, in the restaurant and also those phoning in for delivery, are all happy and content. They open daily at 11 am and will now be running summer hours. Check out the variety of pizzas as they all sounded great. Paul also told me that they are thinking of making a pizza for 2 and possibly some homemade calzone. We will have to wait and see.Hope you enjoy the pizza!"

"Great neighbourhood joint with vinyl checkered tablecloths, counter service, great hot buns and butter, lip-smacking home-made tasting food. Half portions of great pasta available. Wonderful for lunch or a cheap dinner. Ironically the couple in the kitchen are Asian!. But bravo, you do great Italian food. Your tomato sauce is as good as it gets."

"I've never had a souvlaki wrap before and boy did I have no idea what I was missing! Tender lamb, tangy tzakiki, tomatoes, all wrapped in a gorgeous bread. We also ordered a salad which we enjoyed the following night, fresh and filling with a...gorgeous honey mustard dressing. I am already looking forward to my next souvlaki wrap and to exploring the menu some more. We had takeout/delivery due to the ongoing lockdown."

"I am often next door at the antique shop so it suits me to drop in there for lunch. A burger, fries and a large glass of plonk is about $20. The coffee is a good and cheaper alternative. I reviewed this place some time ago and nixed it on two grounds. The absence of any food whatever 45 mins after ordering on one occasion and the inability to provide hot fries just soggy and flaccid ones on both occasions.Strangley I went in there again and was cheerfully and promptly served with hot food good coffee and left feeling good. The menu might be described as funky, the decor as naff, quasi antiques for the uninitiated. There is a large sofa facing you as you enter ,it looks uncomfortable and it is. My most recent visit was less than successful, On Saturday afternoon I tried to get some food . There was evidently a crise de cuisine going on. No food for at least 15 minutes, I was told. What can be going on in there? We are not talking gastronomy in this place. They seem to have some odd system .On the one hand the absence of food is a critical shortcoming yet my experience has not been entirely poor either. I went up the street to Patrice and got a takeout grilled cheese sandwich but that is another story"
