"We have bought pizzas here on a regular basis for the past year. In general, the wait times are at least 45 minutes if you walk in to the place....so we started placing online orders for our past two orders (we usually buy for 60-70 CAD *twice a month). Last time, our first online order, I asked them how to customize an order, which is often impossible to do online. The employee told us to just place the order online and call in to customize the order, so that is what I tried to do today. I placed the order online (for pick up in thirty minutes) and called the store immediately for minor changes (i.e. to remove tomatoes from a Veggie lover pizza and no sauce on half the wings). I was put on hold for 15 minutes before I tried to call again....I explained that I was calling about an order with pick-up in fifteen minutes but was put on hold again...for twenty minutes....before I finally hang up and went to the restaurant. The manager (Jeffrey with a K) explained to me that sometimes they are just busy (I saw three cars in the parking lot, about three tables with dine in customers and one more customer waiting for take out wings...a lot of space in the parking lot compared to our other visits). He then charged us full price for the half-cold pizza (the one I finally agreed to take)....Pizza is usually ok in this place but I would have expected more from management especially since I explained that we do take out from the restaurant on a regular basis. Will definitely not go back!"
