"Refined cuisine inspired by South American tradition. menu at 31€ in the evening, dishes with correct proportions, it's not a restaurant to get the panse but the complete menu is enough. The dishes were delicious, the service was very neat. For negative points: the room is cute but lacks a little soul. Was it because of the heavy rain that night, but odors of pipes and sewers were more and more strong during the evening, spoiling the moment. and despite a map of the wines that seems good (the Spanish wine drunk was very nice,) a good whisky and cocktails carefully made on the map, the choice of beers only includes industrial beers of poor quality."

"This is a restaurant that I had really wanted to give a high score. However, I would have done no-one a favor if I had. LMG clearly has a vision to shake up things a bit with an ambition to combine quality gourmet dining with...an informal young atmosphere. It’s a formula that has helped putting other international foodie hotspots, such as Copenhagen and Valencia, on the map. Bringing it to France the foodie epicenter of the world is refreshing. On our evening at LMG, we only saw glimpses of this vision being executed though. The staff was friendly but somewhat inattentive. The food itself had intentions to impress but sorry to say just didn’t. The decor of the backyard terrace could also have received a bit more TLC. I sense that the folks at LMG may be a bit discouraged and demotivated. Restaurants around the corner were filled to the brim this evening while LMG was not even half full. So, yes, it’s probably hard to ignore that there is an issue. My advice to LMG is to keep at it but try much harder."
