"We visited this hotel restaurant and bar to breakfast on Saturday before visiting the aquarium. we were not guests of the hotel, but were still welcomed nicely and there is a clearly marked restaurant entrance that invites them from the street. (although I would like to stay here, the view of the restaurant are amazing and must be better out of the rooms. we ordered a few simple breakfast items, coffee and a screwdriver (kitchen! . all items were delicious (the breakfast kartoffels are great! . the service was a bit waiting, but I am sure it was from personal problems and it is a busy Saturday, summer morning. they will enjoy in the morning, which will be clear, and take their time and they will have a good meal here."

"Great Hawaiian Island style restaurant with Tiki Bar to go with it. Great way to remind yourself that you're on vacation. Even if you're not. The fresh cut fries are utterly and completely perfect. Pork was great. Slaw had an interesting spice which was different but good. Plantains could have been a titch softer. Mix drinks were well made Boat Drinks. Live life friends!"

"A bit pricey for a regular breakfast menu prices ended up being $10 a plate more than advertised on the website. Artichoke omelette dry and overcooked. Smoked salmon spinach eggs Benedict was delicious! Service was a bit spotty there were many different waitstaff servicing our table, so was a bit confusing."

"It took almost an hour for our flavorless food to come out. Chips were stale and without salt, kids meals were the cheapest food with unseasoned watery beans and dry rice for $9.99 a plate. My husband wanted to sit down while we were out and he wanted to try this place. No AC on a hot day it was blazing inside. Not worth going unless nothing else in all of Monterey is closed or packed busy. Will never come again."
