"We decided on Tommy Bahamas to celebrate our 49th anniversary. We honeymooned in Hawaii and Tommy Bahama reminds us of our favorite destination. It’s a relaxed atmosphere with accompanying live music. There is a happy hour with small bites menu until 5pm. We sampled the sliders and coconut shrimp and washed it down with a frozen banana colada and a lemon martini. For dinner, we had the ahi tuna tacos and Brussels sprouts and also shrimp with crab pasta. Our server was Kaitlyn; we sat outside. Kaitlyn was polite and not pushy or rushing. She recommended a couple items she liked. Our dining out special occasion was flawless and the food and drink was superb. Service and ambiance were also perfect. A truly enjoyable experience and will definitely return again soon"

"Although a chain restaurant, Charlestons did not disappoint. Our server, Marcella was pleasant and gave pleasant outstanding service. The food was timely served with generous portions, tasty and hot. Deserts would serve 3 to 4 people and we were so full, we took ours to go. Honestly, I didn't want to like this place as much as I did, but it was excellent overall. Very fairly priced for the fare and portions offered. Highly recommended."

"Great location and outdoor patio! Friendly, helpful service. Fresh food. Salsa very good, chips not so much. I think there?s much better food options than what I ordered-Shrimp Ceviche $15! It was ok, not bad, just not the best. I?ve had this same thing in other Mexican restaurants, called Shrimp Cocktail with 10 large Shrimp! This one has small chopped shrimp. All in all, it was a good experience and I?d return to try other items. I had a very aggressive crow jump into my chips basket and steal chips! Wow! That was CRAZY! See photos! Street parking, walkable area with lots to see and do-shops, walk the canal, etc!"

"Crab dip was subpar but steamed shrimp was awesome. Server never cleared the table before bringing out more food. Then the runner looked confused when I asked her to remove the dirty plates first. My husband noticed the building was under negative air pressure caused from Kitchen hood exhaust (kitchen saloon doors sucked in) causing hot humid exterior air to rush into the restaurant when the exterior doors would open. Sit away from doors if you want A/C. Outdoor seating looked nice and led to long pier on the water."
