"The coffee is fine but it’s ALWAYS so slow. I really wish they’d take down the “friendliest place in town” sign. I’ve been here a dozen times, and I think I’ve maybe seen one person smile. These are some grumpy baristas."

"Excellent coffee and super friendly customer service. Wide selection of breakfast, brunch and sandwich menu to choose. The Barista lady definitely knows how to make great COFFEE and the coffee beans they use here are one of the best coffee beans and roasting in the world! That would definitely be our favorite place for coffee and brunch! I would definitely come back and become their regular customers. Very recommended!"

"I WAS JUST TOLD BY AN OLD, OVERWEIGHT, VERY ANGRY MAN WITH GRAY HAIR AT APPROX 5:30 AM AND HE WORKS FOR THIS FRANCHISESPECIFICALLY, THIS IS THE HONEYDEW DONUTS ON YANKEE DIVISION HIGHWAYRTE#128 NORTH, BETWEEN EXIT 46 AND 47 IN BEVERLY MA.WHEN I POLITELY ASKED HIM TO JUST SIMPLY PULL UP TO MY CAR SO I COULD JUMP START MY BATTERY WHICH HAD DRAINED OVERNIGHT........!THUS, AFTER ABRUPTLY AND RUDELY BEING TOLD NO.....!HE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THE REASON THAT HE WOULD NOT HELP ME SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE I AGGRAVATE EVERYONE IN THE BEVERLY MA, STORE.PRIOR TO TODAY I HAVE ONLY BEEN IN THAT HONEYDEW DONUTS TWICE ...!SADLY, THE BATTERY TO MY VW JETTA SE NEEDED A JUMP START, AND, HE WAS JUST COMING INTO WORK AT APPROX 5:30 AM.THUS, WHEREAS I 'VE BEEN LIVING IN MY CAR DUE TO AN EVICTION THIS PAST WEAK WITH A 48 HOUR NOTICE TO QUIT.AND SO HE WAS FAMILIAR TO ME AND I POLITELY ASKED HIM IF HE COULD KINDLY ASSIST ME.....?HE SAID NO......! THEN HE VOLUNTARILY AND IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS TOLD ME, AND I REPEAT VERBATIM YOU AGGRAVATE EVERYONE IN THIS STORE .I 'M A VERY OUTGOING FUN-LOVING GUY...!IN FACT, I MET THE MANAGER TWO DAYS AGO AND SHE WAS SO EMPATHETIC AND KIND THAT SHE TREATED ME LIKE ROYALTY.BECAUSE SHE/THEY WERE EMPATHETIC TO MY SITUATION THAT THEY TREATED ME LIKE ROYALTY AND WE HAD A FEW LAUGHS.I HAD JUMPER CABLES AND HIS CAR WAS 3 FT AWAY FROM MINE AND IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN A TOTAL OF 3 MINUTES TO HELP ME AND IT WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN AN INCONVENIENCE TO HIM.IF YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT, THEN IF YOU EAT HERE YOU WILL TURN INTO ONE HATEFUL SOB . HONEY DEW DONUTS JUST BOUGHT PUBLICITY FOR LIFE AND MATERIAL TO WORK WITH FOR ETERNITY...!THEIR COFFEE IS TRULY TERRIBLE AND SO ARE THEIR DONUTS....!SO, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO DUNKIN ' DONUTS OR STARBUCKS...!"
