"Worst matcha I have had,.. unfortunately!Tossed it because was Undrinkable.Not hot, nor tasty, but bland watered down, no foam, powder in the bottom. Went here because birds and beans closed for vacation. Perhaps a one off but I won’t be going back."

"Lacks customer service.......The coffee is decent, but the staff are consistently surly and abrasive, such that I will stop going there to get coffees. When you ask for an extra hot latte and get lukewarm, this has happened on a few occasions with very clear coffee orders) ..... you don't expect a dismissive attitude....but that's what you get here if they screw up'.....And no, it's not because staff are busy, staff here present as consistently detached and dismissive with customers!"

"Awesome place with great food! I ordered an omelette and asked to replace the bacon with tomatoes and it was delicious. I also ordered a chai latte and the taste was great: not too spicy and the right amount of sugar. You expect this kind of quality morein the downtown area of Toronto, so I'm happy to also find it here! I give it 5 stars and I hope you will love it too. Staff issuper nice btw."

"Out on a business cum personal meeting for lunch at Tandoori Time at Albion Road. Wow, Durga looked after all three of us and all I can say is that she made this serious lunch meeting into a perfect outing. Not only did she make our lunch meeting better with her knowledge but never got distracted by our likes and dislikes. I left with a good feeling as Durga displayed her professional outlook in dealing with us and had an excellent approach towards Customer Service. Keep up the good work Durga."

"I came over Sanremo bakery about a year ago and I had to check it out! Your bakery items and sandwiches are amazing! I also tried her chai latte and mocha .. delish! But not only that, Sanremo has become a Sunday ritual part of every opportunity in my house! You customized a cake for my husband's birthday and it was lip service!"
