"A supremely cozy spot to study or work. It's a quieter cafe for sure, with lots of books to read while you're there. Modest selection of drinks and baked goods but quite yummy. Trident's atmosphere is really what's 10/10, and worth making the trip for if you're not downtown. Also, god bless that they are open till 9pm, we desperately need some more night time coffee shops, and these hours are greatly appreciated!!"

"Came in for lunch. There weren't many "real food" options: vegan wrap or meat wrap and two salads. The food options in the display case were not labelled and didn't look inviting. Despite this the food ended up being very tasty, and was served warm. There were dozens of teas to choose from. The space was full of single people, working on laptops. At first we were hesitant to talk, since it was fairly quiet, despite the large room. But everyone seemed to be very focused and not bothered by their surroundings, so it felt natural after a while. Overall: the food was good, but there were few options. The tea selection was excellent. The environment was very quiet and inspired focus."

"Great discovery! amazing for families and some of the best burgers we ever had. travel from ontario with the family and found darrell 's. kinder loved it. our waitress was so nice to us and especially to the children. they would recommend the erdnussbutter burger and the henne 'den burger. great eating at a great price! will definitely be back on our next trip through halifax."
