"We were going to panvel in the early morning to stop for breakfast somewhere. as a new area for us I asked women google about restaurants on our way, several pop-ups, but we decided on sai prasad because it sounded like a udupi...together where we were sure we could get decent eating. so let us guide ourselves by fraugoogle on the autobahn, through wide streets bordering with refreshing green at sai prasad on the crossings of a wide crossing. most street parking places were available that early on the morning 9.00 a.m. not safe as it was during the rush times the restaurant was very clean, no berth of stale food lingering from the previous night is thank you can really put on your empty hungry likes! small but very neatly organized, a personal who runs the money meters with another person who will order their order/preservation! the service was fast. menu pur veg from idli, dosa until the popular batata vada served with pao, misal pao much more. I just went for batata vada 2 per plate with two paos green chutney I was a wee bit disappointed to not get the regular dry lasun/copra chutney powder: however, the green chutney was very good. the batata vadas were made fresh when we waited that they were superb! here followed two tassen by awesome chai ilaichi chai! hubby had false pao followed by more batata vada as they were so good! also the Idli-Sambhar was great. service was fast, clean wash basin, no flow! the batata vadas were so good, we let the place smile very satisfied! these small little places that are worn out here are served delicious local farewell are always worth exploring instead of going for mac donalds, star bucks etc. highly recommended restaurant when traveling from mumbai via panvel. maybe a light way from the autobahn, but worth it."
