"I really, really enjoy this restaurant … well, the concept, anyhow. The food is delicious and the menu is interesting, with some less common protein options. They have an extensive wine list, and nice cocktails to pair with different tastings. The dining room itself is… hmm… unattractive, bordering on downright ugly. I would love to get my hands on this place and help the space reflect the quality of the food. But, in the end it’s the food and dining concept that will win you over. The food never seems to be hot enough … warmer than room temp but not a hot as it should be for serving. That’s my only complaint about the food. I love trying new things and I’m horribly indecisive so being able to order multiple entrées is right up my alley! I usually order a tasting of an app, a salad, two entrées and share a dessert. Keep in mind that the tastings are roughly 2 Oz of meat with a very small veggie side. If you have a bigger appetite you can order a full size entree or a full selection of tastings. If the food was hotter it would be perfect… it’s truly upscale dining. This place has potential to be out of this world.. with an interior designer and marketing work, the tasting room will be THE best restaurant in Rutherford County!"
