"To an English curry enthusiast, the dishes served here may have the same names that we are used to but what you get bears no similarity to what we know and love. I had a Mutton Jalfrezi, and what came was completely bland dish with...the meat covered in a pinky thick soupy sauce that was like thickened tomato soup. no heat in it whatsoever. My friend ordered a Vindaloo, which was similar. Very disappointing. Similarly the poppadom starters were weird, flat uninteresting discs that had no lightness . The naan bread didn't come till half way through the meal, and had to be requested three times. On the plus side, toilets were OK, and nobody had stomach probs the next day. Price was reasonablelow"

"I visited this place on Monday. Actually, I'm a big fan of Chicken Tikka and my friend recommends this restaurant. I had Chicken Tikka with some rice, and it was delicious. The staff was very good. Very recommended!"

"I love good food and I can go to any lengths to get my hands on it. The reviews of this restaurant was pretty decent so I decided to give it a go when I visited Berlin..unfortunately this one also turned out to be one of those "Wannabe" Indian restaurants. We ordered some fried rice (we get fried rice in India also, it's more like an Indian Chinese Fried rice)., some chicken masala and chapattis. After three hours I can still taste that strange spice which did not belong in that fried rice..tasted like raw turmeric powder..The chicken masala was more like boiled chicken pieces tossed into some ready made curry sauce. I would say the Chapati was ok. Any guesses for a place I would definitely not visit again in Berlin?Sorry guys..if you want something authentic please go somewhere else. Those who have given good ratings either do not know what the food should really taste like or have some serious problems with their taste buds..or maybe one more remote possibility..the standards just went down recently after all those earlier good ratings."
