"The concept is order your own salad, quick in and out to take it away if you want. Couldn't be further from the reality. Arrived early (noon) to avoid the mad 1pm queues to find that they were able to serve only 3 visiting customers in 15 minutes. Why? Because everyone was working to produce Deliveroo orders. The visiting customer is almost ignored. Interesting business plan. Salad was ok when eventually produced. But too expensive for this kind of service. Slowest fast food ever."

"Elgi est une brasserie qui sert principalement des salades. J'ai choisi une salade cesar, fraîche et abondante, si bien si bien que je ne revenais pas l'appétit jusqu'à tard le soir. Les ingrédients semblent frais et le personnel est jeune et mignon, deux bonnes raisons de venir ici pour un déjeuner rapide, sans tracas! (Désolé, mais mon français est nul)"

"Jour reminds me of these American salatbars, in the sense that there are many ingredients to choose, but also that it is expensive to eat healthy. the function is like this: they choose either prefabricated salat types (they range from 9,50... to 12 euro or they create their own. if they feel creatiw, choose two bases (spinch, salat, pasta, chalk. and then they have three ingredients to choose from a selection of 8 and one sauce. then their salat will not be too expensive (about 6 euro.) the three ingredients contained are not exciting (eck, cherry tomatoes, carrots. they see the style and exciting as well as protein-based ingredients (cheese, falafel balls, garnelen, huh, salmon are all individually priced (1.50 to 3.50 euro per . that is when their bill is up. I made my own salat (see picture and it was spinat and kale, then kirsch tomaten, marinated kale and brocoli (3 included ingredients and veggie falafels, a burrata mozzarella and garnel. there my bill went to the heaven (15 euro for an salad.) it was good, not wrong (the burrata was really fresh and not mad at all, the wrong sauce I chose was very delicious. but the salate was expensive. it is a good thing when they die to compose their fresh salad, but it is almost the price of an salat in a restaurant, and it is just a take-off place. the portions are full, but nothing like the American salatbars."
