"Tucked away in the old town, this restaurant is worth a visit. Very good value, friendly and knowledgable staff, serving perfect food. We were shown the flyer and didn't think it would be good, but don't be deceived - the food was fantastic. Looking good on the black slate plates, and everything tasting so good. I had Caesar salad. This one had a mix of really interesting salad leaves, with freshly cooked chicken breast, and a delicate dressing. My husband had the house special - pasta with foie gras and duck breast."

"In Albi there are two star attractions: the permanent exhibition Toulouse-Lautrec, located in the picturesque Bishop's Palace and, even more clearly, the imposing Cathedral of St. Cecilia, the largest stone religious building in the world. Built more than a fortress than a cathedral, its exterior is compensated for by interior decorations that take away a breath. Recently the current structure has a west facing altar, the original is rather limited between complicated stone works. Albi is a busy city, restaurants are connected. However, conveniently over the street and the main entrance of the cathedral are a restaurant, Le Parvis, which offers a very wide selection of la carte, as well as a daily lunch menu. Le Parvis can have a modern terrace, but inside, a step back to the beginning of the 20. century, a not unpleasant feeling after a surfeit of more clinical modern dining rooms. The daily menu offered a selection of three dishes for all three courses. The food, cooked to order, was quite delicious and service was efficient and attentive. As in most restaurants in Southwest France, meals are taken very seriously and restaurants are not intended to be confused with fast food. Le Parvis does not care about fast protein fixation and should be avoided by everyone in a hurry. There is no greater insult to the cook than to smash his food, at the same time to demand the bill. The parking lot is located in a public car park, about 100 m from the restaurant."

"We booked dinner for 2 on a quiet evening in January. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and explained the details of food and specialties. We had the dinner menu that is very valuable. The food was excellent, really carefully prepared with fresh ingredients. We also tried the house wine that went perfectly to our meal. I recommend Le Papillon for classic French foods of high quality."

"Habitant juste à côté, j'ai voulu essayer cette nouvelle pizzeria. La carte est très alléchante, le lieu très joli mais le résultat est minable ! Et encore, je suis gentille.Le pizzaïolo ne connait ni son métier, ni ses recettes, il est débordé et pas super aimable. Les 2 pizzas commandées (chèvre miel + magret) étaient très pauvres en garniture. J'avais demandé une base sauce tomate mais j'ai eu de la crème fraîche. Pour la chèvre-miel, il n'avait plus de miel et quand je lui ai fait remarquer, il m'a répondu : "pour le miel, je n'en ai plus donc ce sera sans !" Et même pas un geste commerçant ! Bref, à plus de 20 €, ça fait cher les 2 pizzas. Et puis, elles n'étaient pas extra ! Dommage pour lui car il ne me reverra plus !"

"Very good restaurant! I had never eaten in a vegetarian restaurant before and I was not disappointed. The plates are very copyy. For me, I had a sunflower salad. perfect dish when it is very hot on albi! the service was very fast and the waitress very welcoming and listening. I recommend it."

"A small restaurant right across the street from where Toulouse Lautrec was born. The service was efficient, the food good in a classic French style, and we enjoyed both red and white Gaillac wine. One of the best meals I've had in Albi."
