"We arrived today for lunch prior to looking round the castle. Although the food was fairly decent, and could have scraped a review, the service was shocking and clearly the young waiter was more interested in serving the locals than tourists. He totally forgot...my sons meal, which eventually came out after I’d finished my burger, not great. We had to ask for the kids drinks twice, as did another table with him serving, and then also the same for the bill after a near on ten minute wait after the first time of asking. The icing on the cake was when he was clearly having a laugh on at us with another couple of french customers. We eat in many restaurants of different levels all over the world, but never had service as bad and disrespectful as today. A real shame as he lets the place down totally."
