"Pino?s has been my pizza place for years?.not anymore. Today, around 2:30, I went in to dine and chow down on some white pizza. This has been my usual order and it is always good. On this occasion, I order the white pizza and it looks odd. It is basicallypizza dough, with some patches of ricotta cheese and crushed garlic. Where is the mozzarella cheese? The waitress lookedembarrassed when she set it on my table. She saw my reaction and politely took it back to the kitchen. Next thing I hear is theangry yelling from the kitchen, something along the lines of ?that?s how it?s made?! She asked him to please put cheese on thepizza. Needless to say, they made a new pizza and it sucked. The server was awesome and I left a good tip. The kitchen staff areamateurs, rude and don?t have a clue. I?ve had hundreds of white pizzas and have never seen garbage like this before. Pino?s, wehad a good run but I?m over you. I will go to the other local establishment and get treated like a valued customer. Pino?s hasbecome true gas station pizza with employees who don?t care."

"Update: The first experience was amazing and definitely worth five stars. These last two visits have been very disappointing. The price has increased and the quantity has declined. Original price per person was $10-20/person. Now $20-30/person. The quality (taste) is still good warranting the three stars.Original: The food was A-Maz-ing! I usually go full in, but we couldn't get to the ACPs because the nachos filled us up. Two grown people were full off nachos (beef and chicken)!"

"The menu had a handful of vegan options. The staff had been trained to ask instructions questions and made an effort to explain how they take care to avoid cross contamination. I enjoyed a filling meal and will happily return. Updated from previous review on 2023-08-30"
