"We keep coming back because the restaurant has a fun and vibrant energy about it. The bar and food are good. The service is ok but I don't think I'd say the restaurant has “good service”. It was good last night but the service can be spotty, sometimes good and sometimes lacking. For food, the chicken curry is consistently excellent. We'll go back."

"My favorite brunch place in Carmel! Breakfast is served all day, and the Kathy cakes (mini pancakes) here are some of the best pancakes I’ve had anywhere, hands down. Lots of food options— I prefer building my own omelette and loading it with all the toppings. Ask for the mimosas with the grapefruit juice."

"Our flight was delayed and we were exhausted and arrived in Carmel later than expected and had little/no food options open since EVERYTHING closes so early. We called and asked if they could squeeze us in right before closing and they said it wasn't an issue at all. We arrived and were seated, but there was an issue and we didn't speak to anyone for a while so we asked for some assistance. They were incredibly apologetic and addressed every concern and question like total professionals. Our food was out in less than 10 minutes and we hadn't even finished the world's greatest pita by the time it arrived! We had Greek salads with gyro and I have to say that it was some of the best I've ever had and I order it everywhere. The meal wasn't heavy, but super filling and the baklava was fresh and just the right amount of sweet. I wish we would have had the chance to eat here again during our stay. Service and food were nothing short of fantastic!"

"The best sushi place I ever had. I called them on Thursday noon and fortunately they had opened a reservation at 5:00 on the same day. Your Sashimi is so fresh that you can taste the sweetness in every piece. The lady and her husband were very nice, unlike most of the review I read on yelp. But I would call in front of the hand because the place is quite small, so it is understandable that they turn off some walk-ins."
