"We had dinner at La Haute-Bise during our stay in Chatel and enjoyed it very much. Great local food ( we had the fondue with local mushrooms) while our sons enjoyed their turkey and chicken plates.) The service was very good and friendly and the local wine complemented the dishes very well. Arrive early to enjoy a drink on the terrace with mountain view and see the sun go down. Expect nothing fancy but the food, service and view will more than make up for it!"
